2024 Form 1095-C: 

No forms are being mailed for 2024. While we are required to report information to the IRS
regarding employee and dependent health coverage enrollment for 2024,we are no longer required
to mail paper copies of the 1095-C to individuals.    

Current employees have the option to print their form by clicking here. 
Once logged in, click form 1095C under My Forms from the menu on the left.

If you are a former employee or wish to have a printed copy mailed to you,
please email benefits@roehl.net or call extension 2112.
